Determines whether the specified object and the left-hand side of the key are unequal.

傳回值

型別：System. . :: . .Boolean
A Boolean value that indicates whether the two values are unequal. Returns true if one parameter is nullNothingnullptrunitnull 參考 (在 Visual Basic 中為 Nothing) and the other is not, or if the two parameters are unequal. Otherwise, false.
