管理使用者和群組

Team Foundation 安全性是根據使用者和群組來設定。您可以管理使用者和群組，以實作組織的安全性模型。這個安全性模型可讓使用者存取需要的資料，而不會遺失任何功能，同時可保護機密資訊。
您必須為公司內的每一個角色決定需要的群組成員資格，如此這些使用者才能完成其工作。Team Foundation Server、Windows SharePoint Services 和 SQL Server Reporting Services 全都會保留有關群組、使用者和使用權限的專屬資訊。您必須謹慎規劃管理使用者和使用權限的方式。這項規劃不僅會套用到各個 Team Foundation Server 專案，還會套用到 Team Foundation Server 本身、Windows SharePoint Services、SQL Server Reporting Services 及 Windows 作業系統。
當您在 Team Foundation Server 中建立專案時，每個專案都有三個預設群組可讓您指派使用者和使用者群組至其中：Project Administrators、Contributors 和 Readers。此外，Team Foundation Administrators 群組會做為群組出現在某一個專案中。您可以選擇將使用者和群組加入這些預設群組中，或是建立自訂群組，並且為這些群組指派適合每個群組所代表之公司角色的使用權限。
