Creates a new Workspace.

Parameters
name
Type: System.StringThe name of the Workspace to create. Must be unique for this owner.
owner
Type: System.StringThe owner of the Workspace to create.
Return Value
Type: Microsoft.TeamFoundation.VersionControl.Client.Workspace
The newly created Workspaceobject.
Remarks
The calling identity must have the CreateWorkspace global permission. The comment is empty, the computer attribute is defaulted to the current machine, and the workspace has no working folder mappings. An exception is thrown if the workspace cannot be created.
