Health_Chk Examples

In this example, the remote computer, DfsRepA, is part of a DFS replica set. It is not a domain controller, so the warnings about no SYSVOL are reasonable.

C:\tools>health_chk logdir DfsRepA

When given this command, Health_Chk runs a number of tools and scripts, generates text output files in the logdir folder, and then exits.

After Health_Chk completes, twenty text log files are created. The data in these generated text files can be used to monitor and troubleshoot the FRS system. For a description of the contents of the text files, see the Logs and Output Files section on the Health_chk Remarks page.
