Gets or sets a value that indicates whether a control's errors should be displayed in the ValidationSummary.

Property Value

Type: System.Boolean
true if errors on the input control should be shown in the summary; otherwise, false.

Remarks

Dependency property identifier field: ShowErrorsInSummaryProperty

You specify whether errors from a particular input control should be displayed in the ValidationSummary by setting this attached property on the input control.

In the XAML usage shown, the assumption is that object is not in the sdk:-mapped XAML namespace. If object is in the sdk:-mapped XAML namespace, then the prefix on the attached property can be omitted.
