char_traits::lt

測試一個字元是否小於另一個。

參數

• _Ch1
  可降低要測試的第一個字元的。

• _Ch2
  可降低要測試的第二個兩個字元的。

傳回值

true ，如果第一個字元小於第二個字元小於;否則 false。
