Notification.InitialDuration Property

Gets or sets the number of seconds the message balloon remains visible after initially shown.

Property Value
Type: System.Int32
The amount of time the balloon is visible, in seconds. The default is 10.
Exceptions

ArgumentException | Occurs if this property is set to a negative value. |
Remarks
If you set this property to zero, the message balloon does not initially display but the notification icon appears in the title bar.
