Create Import Operation	建立匯入作業，將 bacpac 匯入至現有的資料庫。現有的資料庫必須是空的。
Create Or Update	建立新的資料庫或更新現有的資料庫。
Delete	刪除資料庫。

Get	取得資料庫。
Get By Elastic Pool	取得彈性集區內的資料庫。
