用來透過 HTTP 標頭驗證向 Proxy 伺服器驗證的認證。

必須先設定 ProxyCredential 屬性，才能在IWebSocket物件上呼叫ConnectAsync方法。呼叫 ConnectAsync 方法之後嘗試設定 ProxyCredential 屬性將會導致錯誤。
