取得呼叫端應用程式特定的模糊化客戶識別碼。 此識別碼可讓您的應用程式跨會話識別使用者，但無法用來在個別的應用程式之間共用資料，因為每個應用程式都會收到相同 Microsoft 帳戶的相異 SafeCustomerId 值。
