o365 eDiscovery for SSN and Credit Card Numbers

We are trying to use eDiscovery to search one mailbox for any instances of a SSN or Credit Card #. No matter what MS article we read or try, the search results keep coming back with all items in the mailbox. I think it is getting tripped up on phone numbers etc.. Anyway we also came around this article below stating this might be a know issue.

    @rr-4098 - I'm glad that you were able to resolve your issue and thank you for posting your solution so that others experiencing the same thing can easily reference this! Since the Microsoft Q&A community has a policy that "The question author cannot accept their own answer.     Solution: Yes I was able to resolve my issue. It's to bad Content Search does not support RegEx.
