Outlook Email sync error

Hello 

Please i need your help on this issue. 

We have a user who is having issue with sync error. 

she isn't seeing her emails displayed on outlook app.  Her email is hosted by Bluehost

she is getting the sync error

    In order to better understand, please provide detailed information:

    1. Did the problem occur when the user added an account or did it happen suddenly?
    2. What type of account did the user set up in Outlook? please check the mail settings via this article: https://www.bluehost.com/help/article/email-application-setup-outlook

    In order to fix the issue of Outlook synchronizing subscribed folders, here are some troubleshooting you can refer to:

    1. Try completely deleting your currently profile and then try reconfiguring your account, go to Control Panel > Mail > Show Profiles > Add
    2. Re-install Outlook, go to Control Panel > Programs and Features, find “Microsoft Office 365” (or any office application that applies) and select it, click on Uninstall.
