Hi,

I have a outlook 365 client installed into server 2016, and have a internal program to read email from the outlook client.

Whenever the program read a new email from outlook will pop up the warning message below. Is there have way to disable the warning?

I did tried to disabled the "Never warn me about suspicious activity" from the Programmatic Access under Trust Center.

Please advise how to disable the outlook warning message.

Thank you!

What happens if you try to disable it? Was it grayed out?

See on the different ways to resolve that here:

If its disabled by Policy, then you will need to talk to whomever supports Exchange/Outlook/Group Policies in your org.

If you are using Office 365 Click to Run, see this article for the correct registry entries versus the "legacy" MSI registry requirements

Your issue can be caused by any untrusted and malicious programs which may use Outlook to spread viruses. Please check if you install any third-party software or add-ins before this issue, and you can disable them temporarily to see whether this warning still pops up.

Microsoft provides Windows Defender Antivirus to provide real-time protection. Make sure you are using the latest Security intelligence. If you use other antivirus software, please also make sure you have installed the latest update. For your reference: I get warnings about a program accessing email address information or sending email on my behalf.
