What's the type of your outlook account, Exchange or POP or IMAP?
Have you tried accessing the outlook on the web to verify the account information and data, whether they are still accessible?
If you are using Exchange account, the data like mails, contacts are synced with Exchange server, you will just need to re-add the profile.
If you are using IMAP account, the mails are synced, however the contacts are stored on local computer, if you didn't back up them previously, they may hard to recover.
If you are using POP account, downloaded messages are removed from the email server, and are stored only on the local computer or device. If you didn't back up them previously, they may hard to recover.
