Old folders and Old contacts list

I had Outlook working great used for email for a long time. Well Hard Drive crashed and had to purchase a new one crashed so hard lost everything. Reloaded Outlook and all that on new hard drive, and trying to get old contact list along with old folders list. Is this possible? Because that will be another head ache, trying to get all the old contacts and old emails..... Please help. thanks in advance

    What's the type of your outlook account, Exchange or POP or IMAP?

    Have you tried accessing the outlook on the web to verify the account information and data, whether they are still accessible?

    If you are using Exchange account, the data like mails, contacts are synced with Exchange server, you will just need to re-add the profile.

    If you are using IMAP account, the mails are synced, however the contacts are stored on local computer, if you didn't back up them previously, they may hard to recover.

    If you are using POP account, downloaded messages are removed from the email server, and are stored only on the local computer or device. If you didn't back up them previously, they may hard to recover.
