Microsoft Publisher shuts down and says there us an issue that needs to be fixed.

I understand your Publisher is crashing and the "Fix Now" option isn't resolving the problem. Here are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot this:

1. Repair Office
   • Go to Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features.
   • Select your Microsoft 365 installation and click Change.
   • Start with Quick Repair. If that doesn’t help, try Online Repair (this will take longer but is more thorough).
2. Start Publisher in Safe Mode
   • Press Windows + R, type publisher /safe, and press Enter.
   • If it opens successfully, the issue might be related to add-ins or templates.
3. Check for Office Updates
   • Open any Office app, go to File > Account > Update Options > Update Now.
4. Reinstall Office
   • If none of the above works, uninstall and reinstall Office from your Microsoft account.
