OneNote CTRL+1, CTRL+2 etc not working

To help determine whether the problem persists, we kindly recommend following the steps below:

1. Disable COM Add-ins In OneNote, please go to: File > Options > Add-ins > Manage COM Add-ins, then click Go. From there, uncheck any enabled COM add-ins and select OK. This step helps identify whether any add-ins are contributing to the freezing behavior.
2. Update OneNote Keeping OneNote up to date ensures you have the latest fixes and improvements. If you're using the Office version: open any Office app and navigate to File > Account > Update Options > Update Now. If you're using the Microsoft Store version (UWP), please open the Microsoft Store, go to Library, and click Get Updates.
