Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Hi Rupe Hoskin
Welcome to Microsoft Q&A Forum.
At this time, Microsoft does not support merging two Microsoft 365 Personal accounts into a single Microsoft 365 Business account due to security, licensing, and data integrity constraints. However, you can set up a Microsoft 365 Business subscription and manually move data from your personal accounts into the business environment.
Visit Microsoft 365 Business Plans and Pricing to choose a plan that fits your needs.
After purchase, go to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center to set up your business tenant and user account(s).
Add both accounts to Outlook and OneDrive on your Mac. You can sign into both your personal and business accounts in the Outlook and OneDrive apps for MacOS. This allows you to access and manually migrate your data between them.
- Email, contacts, and calendar: Use Outlook for Mac to drag items from personal folders to your business account. Please refer to: Import and export email, contacts, and calendar in Outlook for Mac
- OneDrive files: Use the OneDrive app on macOS to sign into both accounts and drag-and-drop files between them. For detailed steps: How to use OneDrive personal and work accounts together
- Office documents: Open and save existing Word, Excel, or PowerPoint files from your personal account into your business OneDrive.

Please note: Licenses from Microsoft 365 Personal cannot be transferred to Business accounts; a new license purchase is required.
