Hi @Rocco Minnie

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A Forum.

Based on the error message you're receiving, Something went wrong. [657rx], this issue often relates to cached credentials or a problem with how the device is registered with your work or school account.  Please try the following troubleshooting steps to see if it resolves the problem:

Step 1: Please sign out of your accounts from all Microsoft Office applications, then completely close all open Office apps (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

Step 2: Open File Explorer, paste the following path into the address bar, and press Enter. Delete all files and folders you find inside this location:    %localappdata%\Packages\Microsoft.AAD.BrokerPlugin_cw5n1h2txyewy

-In the Windows search bar, search for and open "Access work or school" > In the window that appears, check if your business account is listed

If you do not see your account, please click "Connect" and sign in with your work/school account credentials.

If you do see your account, please select it and click "Disconnect". After it has been removed, click the "Connect" button again and log back into your account to re-register the device.

-Finally, open one Office application (like Microsoft Word), sign in, and check if the issue is gone.

Because every environment can be slightly different, please provide more information if the problem still persists after trying these steps. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
