Hi @Mutukumar,

Nice day! Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A forum and sharing the details of your issue.

I truly understand how important it is to access your student account. Based on your message, it sounds like you're seeing an error that says, "You don't have access" or "There was a problem". Here are some step-by-step instructions that should help you get back in:

1/ Please confirm your Account Access with your school's IT department

  • Please check with your school’s IT department first to make sure your student account has been granted access to the system you're trying to use.
  • Sometimes accounts may not yet be activated or may need specific permissions added.

2/ Try to use a Private Browser Window

  • Open your browser (such as Chrome, Edge, or Firefox).
  • Select “New Incognito Window” or “New Private Window” from the menu.
  • Go to the login page and try signing in again.

This helps avoid issues caused by stored session data or cookies.

3/ You can try to clear Your Browser’s Cache and Cookies

  • In your browser settings, find the option for “Clear browsing data.”
  • Choose to clear “Cookies” and “Cached images and files.”
  • Once cleared, close the browser and reopen it before trying to log in again.

Please understand that our initial response may not always resolve the issue immediately. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to find a solution.

Please let me know if there’s anything else I can assist you with. I’m here to support you every step of the way.
