Hi @Arnie Fuentes,

Good day! Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A forum.

To better understand your situation and assist you appropriately, we’d appreciate your input on the following points:

  • Are you accessing Teams via the web version or the desktop application? Are both affected, or just one?
  • Could you please attach the photo that you mentioned?

In the meantime, you can try these suggestions below:

1. Sign out and clear local data

  • Sign out of all Office apps and close them completely
  • Open File Explorer and go to:

%localappdata%\Packages\Microsoft.AAD.BrokerPlugin_cw5n1h2txyewy

  • Delete all files and folders in this location.

2. Re-register your device

  • In the Windows search bar, type Access Work or School.
  • If your business account is listed, disconnect it and reconnect.
  • If not listed, click Connect and add your account again.

3. Clear Cached Credentials

  • Open Control Panel > User Accounts > Credential Manager.
  • Under both Windows Credentials and Generic Credentials, remove any entries related to your Microsoft 365 account. User's image

4. Try logging in again

  • After these above steps, try to restart your computer.
  • Open any Office app (e.g., Word), sign in with your account, and check if Teams now works.

I hope this helps you get the assistance you need quickly and effectively.
