- Go to File > Options > Trust Center > Trust Center Settings.
- In Trusted Documents, check the box for “Allow documents on the network to be trusted.” > OK
- Then go to Trusted Locations > Add new location... > browse to the folder where the file is stored. > OK
Try testing with a different file to determine whether the issue is related to the specific file or to your account or Excel application.
