Sending, receiving, and organizing email in Outlook.com
Hi Ben Bradshaw,
Since you cannot read anything on the Outlook page right now, let me guide you purely by icons and menu positions, so you do not need to understand the language at all.
Step-by-Step Fix (Even If Language Looks Like Chinese):
Step 1. Open Settings
- Go to Outlook web and sign in.
- In the top right corner, click the ⚙️ gear icon (Settings).
Step 2. In the General menu on the left column, click Language and time.
- This is usually the second option right under “General.”
Step 3. On the right side of the screen, you will see the Language section*.*
Step 4. Click the language dropdown box and scroll down to find English (United States) or your preferred language.
Step 5. Scroll to the bottom and click Save to apply.
Step 6. Refresh the page, and Outlook will display in the language you selected.
I will provide English instruction images so that you can compare them with the Chinese Outlook interface and make the corrections.
