Based on your description, it sounds like you’d like to change your personal Microsoft account to a business account in order to create agents.

Please note that Microsoft does not support direct conversion of a personal Microsoft account (e.g., Outlook.com, Hotmail.com) into a business account. Instead, you’ll need to create a new Microsoft 365 Business account. From there, you can either use both your personal and business accounts side by side or choose to cancel your personal account and use only the business account going forward.
