My certification invisible

I completely understand how concerning it can be when your renewed certification does not appear in the Certification Dashboard or Transcript. 

As a community moderator, I’m not able to make direct changes to certification profiles, but I’m happy to guide you to the right support channel so this can be resolved. 

Please note that certification and exam-related issues are not handled directly in this forum. However, you can normally view your certifications in your Certification tab. 

If the renewed certification is still not visible, I recommend submitting a request through the official Microsoft Certification Support channel here: https://aka.ms/credentialssupport  

On that page, you’ll see a request form where you can select the option that best matches your situation. The Certification Support team has access to your records and will be able to investigate why the renewal is not showing and help you resolve it.
