How can I sort my emails by size?

To sort your emails by size in New Outlook, please follow these steps:  

• Open your inbox in the New Outlook
• Click the up and down arrows located at the top right of your message list > Select "Size" from the list of sorting options.

This will organize your emails into categories such as Small, Medium, and Large based on their file size.

Regarding your request to add or customize columns, I'd like to clarify that this functionality is currently not available in the New Outlook interface. We understand how valuable this feature can be for managing your inbox more effectively, and we truly appreciate you taking the time to highlight this limitation. Feedback like yours plays an important role in helping Microsoft identify areas for improvement and prioritize future updates.
