Based on your description, I understand you're using New Outlook and are looking for more flexible tools to manage your inbox efficiently. I appreciate you bringing this to our attention. It helps us better understand what features matter most to our users.

To sort your emails by size in New Outlook, please follow these steps:

    • Open your inbox in the New Outlook
    • Click the up and down arrows located at the top right of your message list > Select "Size" from the list of sorting options.

This will organize your emails into categories such as Small, Medium, and Large based on their file size.

Regarding your request to add or customize columns, I'd like to clarify that this functionality is currently not available in the New Outlook interface. We understand how valuable this feature can be for managing your inbox more effectively, and we truly appreciate you taking the time to highlight this limitation. Feedback like yours plays an important role in helping Microsoft identify areas for improvement and prioritize future updates. While this feature is not yet supported, we encourage you to share your thoughts directly through the Microsoft 365 Feedback Hub, where customer input helps shape future product enhancements.

As a workaround, you may consider switching back to Classic Outlook, which supports full column customization. You can follow the steps outlined in this Microsoft support article to add or remove columns in your inbox using Outlook Classic:
