    Hello !

With your PC, head to https://account.microsoft.com/services and log into the Microsoft account you've used to activate your Office 2019 license.
You should see your Office 2019 license : just click on the Install button to download the Office installer. Once downloaded, launch it and follow the steps.

Please let me know if you have any other question !

Was Office preinstalled by the computer manufacturer? In that case, check their support site to find out how to reinstall.

Note that if you are now using a different computer, you probably won't be able to transfer the license, I'm afraid.

Yes I found the downloads. The first I used didn’t work but the second one did. I am back in business now. I do the accounts for the bowling club and I found the most recent spread sheet and I updated it from my note book. I don’t know shay I would have done if the download hadn’t worked. I feel like a heavy wright has been moved from my shoulders. Thanks very much for your help.

    Hello Janet Knapper,

Thank you for reaching out in Microsoft Q&A forum.

I understand that you're having a problem reinstalling Office Home & Student 2019 on your Acer laptop, but you don’t have the product key because it was preinstalled when you bought the device.

To better assist, could you please provide me some details about your problem:

    1. Did you ever sign in with a Microsoft account when you first activated Office on your Acer laptop?
    2. Do you still have access to the Acer laptop or any backup of its system?
    3. Was Office preinstalled by Acer or purchased separately as a digital download or physical copy?

In the meantime, you can try these steps to reinstall Office Home & Student 2019:

    1. Sign in to Microsoft Account
    2. Locate Your Office Purchase
      • Under Services & Subscriptions, find Office Home & Student 2019.
      • Click Install next to the product.
    3. Download & Install
      • Follow the prompts to download the installer.
      • Run the installer and complete the setup.
    4. Activate Office
      • After installation, open any Office app (Word, Excel).
      • Sign in with the same Microsoft account to activate.
