Website is not indexing

Hello Bing Team,

We submitted our website to Bing Webmaster Tools about a year ago and verified ownership successfully. The site has been indexed and performing well on Google Search, but it still does not appear in Bing search results — even when searching for exact brand keywords or URLs.

We have already:

Verified the site in Bing Webmaster Tools.

Submitted the sitemap multiple times.

Checked robots.txt (it allows Bingbot).

Monitored crawl statistics (no crawl errors reported).

Despite all of this, the website still isn’t showing up in Bing search results after more than a year.

Could someone from the Bing team please review the domain or let us know if there’s a delay or issue preventing indexing?

Thank you in advance for your help!

Hi Alex M,

Thank you for posting on Microsoft Q&A forum and share the steps you’ve already taken. I understand how frustrating it can be when your site performs well on other search engines but doesn’t appear on Bing despite your efforts.

The best next step is to contact Bing Webmaster Support directly, as they can review your domain and provide specific guidance.

Once there:

  1. Click “Raise support request”.
  2. Fill out the form with the following:
    • Website you need help with: Enter the URL of the cached page.
    • What type of problem do you have?: Select the appropriate issue type.
    • Describe your issue with the website you have selected above: Explain the problem clearly. Please do not add more sites in the description.
  3. Click Next to start a chat.
  4. If chat support doesn’t work, click Yes under “Issue still not resolved?”

Complete the CAPTCHA and choose “Create support ticket”.

*Note: After submitting the ticket, you may see an error message like “We could not process your request, please try after sometime.” This can be safely ignored—your ticket is usually submitted successfully despite the message. Please check your inbox for a confirmation email.

The Bing support team should be able to provide more specific guidance to help resolve this matter.

Best regards.
