Unable to download or access Microsoft course completion certificate

I recently finished a Microsoft Learn course, but I’m unable to download or view my completion certificate. When I click the “Download Certificate” button, either nothing happens or I get an error saying the certificate is unavailable. I’ve already tried different browsers, cleared cache, and confirmed that my learning progress shows 100% completion, but the issue still persists.

Has anyone else faced this problem, or is there a specific way to request the certificate manually through the Microsoft Learn profile or support?

There is no certificate for completing a course on Microsoft Learn. You will have badges and trophies for completing Learn modules and learning paths.

If you took an instructor-led course you are also provided with a course achievement badge.
