Microsoft.ReportViewer.ProcessingObjectModel.dll(version 12.0.0.0) is part of a larger official Microsoft installation package and cannot be downloaded separately.The error you're seeing indicates that your system is missing the Microsoft Report Viewer 2015 Runtime. You can download it from the official Microsoft site here: MICROSOFT® REPORT VIEWER 2015 RUNTIME
This runtime includes the necessary DLLs, including the one you're missing. Once installed, please restart your Database Compare tool or Visual Studio.
However, before installing the Report Viewer, please ensure that Microsoft® SQL Server® 2014 Feature Pack is installed. Make sure to choose the correct version for your system:
- x64 for 64-bit systems
- x86 for 32-bit systems
Also, ensure that the correct version of .NET Framework is installed. You can find the requirements listed in the System Requirements section of the Report Viewer 2015 Runtime download page.
