Course completion certificate not generating after finishing learning path

Why a course completion certificate is not being generated after I finished a full learning path on Microsoft Learn. All modules show as 100% completed, and the learning path is marked as finished, but the option to download the certificate never appears. I’ve signed out/in, tried multiple browsers, and cleared cache/cookies.

    You do not get a certificate for completing a Learning Path.

    You get badges for completing modules and trophies for learning paths.

    Course completion achievements are only available for instructor-led courses, not for self-learning.

    Certificates are only earned by passing exams.
