The issue is reported by many users after installing the KB5067036 optional update. It's said that, when users close Task Manager using the “X” button, the process doesn’t fully terminate, and when reopened, it creates duplicate entries under the Details tab and consume more memory.
I think Microsoft has acknowledged the bug, how come they can't, it’s been widely reported by users :D.
Have you installed the KB5067036? This update is optional, so if you haven’t installed it, you can avoid the issue by skipping it for now.
