    Hi Sebas CL ,

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A Forum! There’s a good chance you can cancel and request a refund, especially if you haven’t used any Game Pass benefits since the charge.

Here are the steps to cancel and request a refund that you can try:

1 - Go to Microsoft Account Services

    2 - Cancel the Subscription

    • Click Manage next to the subscription.
    • Select Cancel subscription or Turn off recurring billing.

    3 - Request a Refund

I look forward to receiving your update. Let me know if you need further assistance, feel free to ask me by clicking "Add Comment" or "Add Answer" if you cannot add comment so your response will be visible. Thanks for your effort.

To cancel your Game Pass subscription and request a refund, you must do so within 72 hours of the purchase. If you cancel within this timeframe, you are eligible for a full refund. However, if you cancel after this period, refunds may not be available. You can manage your subscription through the Microsoft account billing page.

Make sure to check the specific refund policies for your subscription type, as different rules may apply depending on the service or region.
