Hi Sebas CL ,
Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A Forum! There’s a good chance you can cancel and request a refund, especially if you haven’t used any Game Pass benefits since the charge.
Here are the steps to cancel and request a refund that you can try:
1 - Go to Microsoft Account Services
- Sign in at Microsoft Account Services.
- Locate your Game Pass subscription under “Services & subscriptions”.
2 - Cancel the Subscription
- Click Manage next to the subscription.
- Select Cancel subscription or Turn off recurring billing.
3 - Request a Refund
- After canceling, visit the Request a refund for Microsoft Store apps on a Windows PC.
- Sign in and choose the recent Game Pass charge.
- Submit the refund request form.
