How do I know if Microsoft is activated as it says subscription?

I also used my personal email to install the apps. Do I necessarily have to use the email to login as I don’t. I use my university email.

Thank you for contacting us. Please allow me to provide you with the following information:

When you open an application (for example: Word, Excel), if the account displays the following message, then that account has not been activated.

Conversely, if no message appears, the account has been activated.

Additionally, accounts that have not been activated will not be able to edit or enter text in Word.

You are not required to sign in with the account used to download the application. The Office suite will be activated based on the account with a valid license that is signed in.

Does it matter what Microsoft it is. For instance enterprise. Like would it affect my word documents I do for my university work

Hello !

Based on your picture, Microsoft 365 seems to be activated and working correctly.
The “subscription product” text confirms you have a recurring subscription (Microsoft 365) rather than a one-time purchase, like Office 2024.
If your product was not activated, you would have seen an error message on your screen, and you would not be able to edit documents.

My other question is Microsoft 365 en-gb changed to Microsoft 365 apps for enterprise installed on my computer even though I’m not in a enterprise, I go university. Due to the changes, do I need to redo my work like for university,
