Hi Microsoft Team,

I lost my certifications or it has been hide somewhere... when i open my profil on ms learn i don't see my certifications - i should have az900 (azure foundation). i've asked copilot for help where can i found it but it failed.

i had 2 ID in MS learn private where i had certificates and my work ID where i migrated my certifications - i've been informed that there is no other way to be able to see my certification on work ID. Now when i've tried to schedule exam for az104 i tried to check if previous certificate is visible on my ID - i can't see it...

Regards,

Piotr

If you are unable to see your certifications in your Microsoft Learn profile, there are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

    1. Confirm Your Login Account: Ensure that you are signing into the correct Microsoft Learn profile. If you have multiple profiles under different login accounts, you may be accessing the wrong one. Try logging in with any other accounts you might have used to register for your certification exam.
    2. Check Certification Requirements: Make sure you have earned the certification by passing the appropriate exams. You can review the certification or exam details on the Microsoft Learn website.
    3. Profile Migration: If you migrated your certifications to a work ID, verify that the migration was successful. Sometimes, there can be issues with displaying certifications after a migration.
    4. Contact Support: If you still cannot find your certifications, consider reaching out to Microsoft Credentials Support for further assistance. They can help you determine if there are any issues with your account or the migration process.
    5. Certifications from Certiport: If you earned certifications through Certiport, note that these are not reflected in the Microsoft Learn profile and need to be managed separately through your Certiport account.

By following these steps, you should be able to identify the issue with your certification visibility.
