Hi Ryan To,
Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A Forum.
From what you’re describing, your device is connected to the internet, and your Microsoft account is able to sign in successfully through the web (including the Xbox website and Minecraft via browser). That tells us the account and connection themselves are working as expected. When the Xbox app or Minecraft installer on Windows 10 shows messages like “not connected to the internet”, it usually points to a local app or system service issue rather than an actual network outage.
Here is an additional troubleshooting step that you can try in this situation - Refresh the network stack
- Open Command Prompt as Administrator and run these commands one by one:
netsh winsock reset ipconfig /flushdns - Restart your PC
After this step, please sign out of Xbox App and Microsoft Store then reset Xbox App and Microsoft Store via (Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Xbox App/Microsoft Store > Advanced options > Reset). Before signing back into Microsoft Store and Xbox app, ensure to turn off any VPN/proxy and sync Date & Time in Windows settings.
