A family of Microsoft spreadsheet software with tools for analyzing, charting, and communicating data
Hi @Stacy Shank,
Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.
Based on your sharing, since you’re all seeing the same compatibility warning and your coworkers can print it correctly (so the warning is harmless), it's likely that the issue is due to your local device Excel or printing issue.
You can confirm that by go to File > Print > Printer and select Microsoft Print to PDF:
- If the PDF looks correct, the workbook is fine, and the printer is the issue
- If the PDF is also missing cells, it's an Excel formatting/worksheet issue.
In your situation, I highly suspect it's due to a printer problem because Print preview is rendered by Excel, but the final output is processed by the printer driver so driver bugs can make elements/cells disappear. Therefore, I suggest you should update/reinstall the printer driver to see if the issue persists. If you're using company device, you may need to contact your organization's IT department and ask for their help.
I hope this information is helpful. Please follow these steps and let me know if it works for you. If you have any updates regarding the issue, please feel free to share them with me.
Thank you for your patience and your understanding. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please share them in the comments on this post so I can continue to support you.
Wishing you and your family a joyful and prosperous New Year.
I hope everything get sorted out soon. Looking forward to your response.
