Hello Dimitra Mitrentsi

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A Forum. I understand how frustrating this is, receiving unwanted emails from @shcms.org and even after blocking, they keep coming through.

Here are some steps that you could try next:

1. Create an Inbox Rule to auto-delete

Since blocking isn't working, create a rule to permanently delete them:

  • In your Classic Outlook: Go to Home tab > Rules > Manage Rules & Alerts
  • Click "New Rule" > "Apply rule on messages I receive"
  • Click "with specific words in the sender's address"
  • Enter: shcms.org
  • Choose action: "permanently delete it" > Finish

Alternative:

  • Action: "move it to the Deleted Items folder"
  • Then empty Deleted Items regularly

2. Block the domain correctly

  • Go to Home > Junk > Junk E-mail Options.
  • Navigate to the Blocked Senders tab.
  • Click Add shcms.org and Enter (not *shcms.org)

3. Block the domain in Outlook Web

  • Sign in to Outlook on the web, go to Settings (gear icon) > Mail > Junk email
  • Under "Blocked senders and domains," add: shcms.org

4. Report as phishing (optional)

  • Right‑click the email > Report > Phishing
  • This helps Outlook improve filtering for similar spam

For more details, please see Block a mail sender in Outlook - Microsoft Support

Thank you for your understanding and patience.
