I have a new answer to my question, but I can't access it. I get a page not found error. See below

    The two threads are not connected but, you should see both in your profile.
    I have changed the title of this one to avoid confusion.

    If you are able to view the content of the threads in InPrivate, I suggest clearing the cache then trying to view the important thread normally. (the one dealing with your PST problem.

    in edge, enter edge://settings/clearBrowserData into the address bar
    select all time in the top dropdown and "Cached Images and files" and click clear now.

    re-open edge then try your original thread again.
