Unlink MS.learn profile

It is my Personal Account, that is linked to my ex-work Partner Portal.
I've looked all through these doc's, I've gone through every setting option and there is no 'Unlink' or 'Disassociate' button.
All the help says, it has to be done manually by Microsoft if your ex-employer wont do it.

DO you mean on Partner Centre, not on your Microsoft Learn profile

I want to unlink my personal MS.learn profile that has all my certifications from my works Partner portal.
I don't have access to my work account that it's linked too, and there is no where on the partner portal from my account view that allows me to just unlink it.
and when I follow that document the support asks for a 'workspace'

So I'm kind of stuck.

Also, I would assume that my ex-employer is now in breach of their partnerships T&Cs since I was holding up 2-3 of their partnerships with my certifications.
So I either want to manually remove my account with my old work or report them so that Microsoft can manually remove my certifications from them.
