Hi,

I have today tried to access my Microsoft learn account and although the system has logged me in - my current photo is not showing and there is nothing in the profile or setting.

Please could you help.

I undertook a series of Microsoft certifications a number of years ago (which I am able to see on Certiport but I am unable to see any of my profile to get my transcript in my learn account.

Please help.

This seems to be a bug/server issue. Not all profiles are affected though. I informed the higher ups. Hope they'll fix it soon....

It sounds like you may be experiencing issues with your Microsoft Learn profile. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem:

    1. Confirm Your Login Account: Ensure that you are signing in to the correct Microsoft Learn profile. If you have multiple accounts, you might be logged into the wrong one. Make sure you are using the same account that you used to earn your certifications.
    2. Check for Profile Creation: If you haven't created a Microsoft Learn profile, you will need to sign in and create one. This is necessary to access key features, including your transcript.
    3. Linking Accounts: If you previously used a Microsoft Educator Center (MEC) account, ensure that you have linked it to your Learn profile. This can help in migrating your achievements and history.
    4. Missing Certifications: If you do not see your certifications, check if you have earned them by passing the appropriate exams and ensure that you are logged in with the correct account. Note that certifications earned through Certiport are not reflected in the Microsoft Learn profile and must be managed separately.

If you continue to face issues, you may need to contact Microsoft Credentials Support for further assistance, as they can provide help with account access issues.
