Monthly limit for transcription - unable to reach 30,000 minutes despite subscription to Copilot license

Hi There,

Surprised to realise my monthly transcription limit was not updated after subscribing a Copilot license. Transcription is so far the main task for which I see Copilot adding value, hence my disappointment.

How can this be fixed without legal action ?

    Hello @Vincent Lemaitre

    Welcome to Q&A forum!

According to Microsoft’s official support documentation, the 30,000‑minute limit for accounts with a Copilot license is still being rolled out. Microsoft states that:

    • Copilot users will have their transcription limit increased to 30,000 minutes per month.
    • This update has not reached all accounts yet, and Microsoft recommends “checking back later if your account hasn’t been enabled.”
