Need help in changing primary email address for Certification Profile

Dear Team,
I would like to request migration of my certification profile to a new email ID, as I plan to close my current email and maintain only one email address.
Old Email Address: [@hotmail.com] New Email Address: [@hotmail.com]
Please let me know if any additional details are required to generate the access code for migrating the certification profile. Thank you.

First add a work account to the old Learn profile
Then remove the old personal email account
Then add the new personal email account and confirm to merge the profiles
Optionally, you can remove the work account
If you do not have a work account then it is not possible to transfer/migrate/merge your certifications
