If you do not see the certification you expect on your transcript after passing the DP-700 exam, there are a few steps you can take:

    1. Review the Credential Requirements: Ensure that you have passed the appropriate exams required for the certification. Check the certification or exam details pages for confirmation.
    2. Confirm Your Login Account: Make sure you are signed in to the correct Microsoft Learn profile. If you have multiple accounts, you may be checking the wrong one.
    3. Check for Multiple Profiles: If you share a computer or login accounts with others, ensure you are logged into the intended account when checking your certification status.
    4. Timing for Updates: Sometimes, it may take up to 24 hours for results to appear in your Learn profile's Certifications tab.
    5. Contact Support: If the certification still does not appear after checking these factors, you may need to contact Microsoft Credentials Support for further assistance.

Following these steps should help you resolve the issue with your missing certification.
