I passed the DP-700 certification yesterday, PeasonVue confirmed that everything is Ok on their side but the certification is still not visible on my transcript. Need help. Thanks.

I don't see the certification but I also don't see the exam. I contacted PearsonVue (chat) and they told me that everything is ok on their side. What's the correct URL to contact support from Microsoft (and topic/subtopic if required)? Thanks. JN
Check your Learn profile under https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/credentials/?tab=credentials-tab ensuring you are signed into Learn with the correct email address

I can confirm that I'm signed in with the correct email address on the Learn Profile (I used this page to start the exam), but I no longer see the exam from yesterday.
I managed to get the PDF report from the Pearson VUE website, so that’s one element confirming that I passed.
Regarding the support page (https://support.serviceshub.microsoft.com/supportforbusiness/create), I'm quite confused by the Product Family list. I don’t know which one to choose (and after that I’ll also have to select the Product/Service...).
Here’s the list:

I appeared for the Microsoft DP-700 exam and received a “Pass” result immediately after completing the exam. However, I am currently unable to see the certification reflected in my Microsoft Learn profile.
