Hi ZENEI NAKATA,
Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.
Based on your description and the screenshot (“Unable to cancel… Close and try again”), this behavior often happens when Teams Calendar can’t load/process the event details, so cancelling/deleting the item in Teams may fail. In that case, the most reliable approach is to manage the event directly from Outlook on the web (Outlook.com / Outlook on the web) using the same account you use to sign in to Teams.
To narrow this down quickly, could you please confirm these two points:
Once the two details above are confirmed, the most appropriate next steps will be provided to help remove/cancel the stuck item

Hello @ZENEI NAKATA,
Thank you for reaching out and for describing the issue you’re experiencing in Microsoft Teams.
To better understand what’s causing the problem and narrow down the root cause, could you please help clarify a few details below?
1/ Please confirm what type of account you are using. Is this a work or school account provided by an organization, or a personal Microsoft account (outlook.com, hotmail.com, gmail.com)?
2/ Could you let me know how the meeting was originally created. Was it scheduled from Microsoft Outlook or directly from Microsoft Teams?
3/ When deleting the meeting, which application are you using? Have you tried deleting it from both Teams (desktop or web) and Outlook (desktop or web), and does the issue occur in all cases?
4/ When the deletion fails, do you see any specific error message or warning, or does the action simply not complete without showing an error? If there is an error message, please take a screenshot and share it with me.
This information will help determine whether the issue is related to calendar synchronization, the client being used, or the account type.
Thank you for your cooperation. I look forward to your reply so we can continue assisting you.
Please understand that our initial response does not always resolve the issue immediately. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to find a solution.
Kind regards,

To join new meetings and avoid issues from old appointments, try these steps:
Old appointments normally do not prevent joining new meetings. Focus on joining via the correct account, using the Join button in the Teams calendar or the Meeting ID and passcode method, and check any join error messages for policy or sign-in requirements.
