i bought office 365 in November for £104.99 it downloaded but I had to reinstall and it cant find my purchase on my account. The only option given is to buy the product again. As this was an online purchase no key code is given.

When you first installed and activated Office that licence should have become associated to your Microsoft Account as a digital licence online and it is from there that you can re-install Office without the need for a product key:

https://account.microsoft.com/services/

Do you find your Office subscription listed there, if not, go to the Payments and Billing section, do you find your payment listed there?

If not, do you have another Microsoft account you may have used to purchase the Office subscription.

The purchase is not lost; Microsoft 365 is tied to the Microsoft account used at purchase, not to a product key.

Use these steps to recover and reinstall without buying again:

    1. Go to the Microsoft account Services & subscriptions page: https://account.microsoft.com/services/
    2. Sign out, then sign back in, and make sure to try every Microsoft account that might have been used in November (including any work/school vs. personal accounts).
    3. Under Services & subscriptions, look for the Microsoft 365/Office product that matches the £104.99 purchase.
    4. If it appears there, select it and choose Install to download and reinstall Office. No product key is needed once it is linked to the account.
    5. After installation, when an Office app (like Word) opens and prompts for activation, sign in with the same Microsoft account shown on the Services & subscriptions page.

If the subscription does not appear under any of the accounts tried, it is likely that a different account was used at purchase or the purchase was made through a third party. In that case, check the original order confirmation email and confirm which account is listed there, then repeat the steps above with that account.
