clicking on canel my registration link did not work

Hi, I have been trying to cancel and MSFT event i can no longer attend due to unforeseen circumstances. Clicking on the cancellation link from the email leads me to open a edge home page with no sign of the event and cancellation. This is so frustrating.

Hi Vikki, this has been resolved after they send me a reminder email. In the email, there is a different tab for cancelling the registration, which i have done.

    • Are you signed into Edge with the same email address you used to register for the event? 
    • Does the same cancellation link behave the same way on a different device/network (for example, phone on mobile data)? 
    • Please share a screenshot of what you see right after clicking the cancellation link (feel free to blur any personal info). 

    In the meantime, please try the steps below: 

    1. Try the link from an InPrivate window 
    • Open Microsoft Edge 
    • Press Ctrl + Shift + N (InPrivate) 
    • Paste the cancellation link into the address bar and press Enter 
    1. Temporarily disable extensions for a quick test 
    • Edge menu … > Extensions 
    • Turn off any extensions that filter browsing (ad blockers, privacy/security tools) 
    • Retry the cancellation link
