    Hi Cavin Chandra,

Thank you for your detailed troubleshooting and for sharing the Event Viewer logs and screenshots, that really helps clarify the situation.

Based on what you’ve described, this issue may be related to a deeper problem with the app’s dependencies or user profile environment, rather than the Xbox app itself.

At this point, I recommend trying the following next steps:

First, please test the behavior using a new Windows user profile. Sometimes, a corrupted profile can prevent Microsoft Store apps (including Xbox and Gaming Services) from installing or launching correctly. To do this on Windows 10, go to Settings (Windows key + I) > Accounts > Family & other users, select Add someone else to this PC and create a new local account. Then sign into the new account and try launching the Xbox app there. This helps determine whether the issue is specific to your current profile.

If the issue persists even in a new profile, the next step would be a clean reinstall of Windows (not a repair/in-place upgrade). While a repair install keeps existing apps and data, it can also retain underlying corruption in the WindowsApps or Gaming Services components. A clean reinstall ensures that all system components, including Xbox-related dependencies, are rebuilt from scratch.

I understand that a clean reinstall is a more involved step, so I’d recommend trying the new user profile first and confirming the result before proceeding.

Please feel free to share any updates or let me know if you need guidance on creating a new user or preparing for a clean reinstall. I’m happy to help further.
