This repair window usually appears because Windows still sees Office as one installed Office package, even if several Office versions are listed. The safest fix is not to repair it, but to fully remove the current Office installation first, then reinstall only Office 2019.
Here are some suggestions you can try:
First, back up any Outlook data or Office custom settings if needed. Then use Microsoft’s Office uninstall troubleshooter instead of the normal Windows uninstall option, as it removes leftover Office files that can block reinstalling the right version. After the PC restarts, go to the Microsoft account that originally owns the Office 2019 license, open Services & subscriptions, and install Office 2019 from there.
