Xbox game bar, looking for group, not working on Forza Horizon 6 steam version, when i try and create a post it restarts the xbox game bar and says "something went wrong with this widjet".

Thank you for the answer but no didn’t have any luck, I think is a Xbox game bar problem, I ended up refunding and buying the game on the Microsoft store and it worked with the Microsoft version, there’s been a lot of issues with the steam version. thanks for the answer

This behavior can depend on how the game is integrated with Xbox services. In your case, using the Microsoft Store version allowed Xbox Game Bar (including LFG) to function as expected, which confirms your system and Game Bar are working normally.
Switching to that version is a valid and effective workaround if you rely on Game Bar features like LFG.

You can try the following and see if it helps with your situation:
get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusersAs a workaround, you can also try creating/joining LFG from the Xbox app instead of Game Bar.

Nothing works, i tried to repair and reset. Tried to reinstall gaming services but still same issues. ( looking for group, not working on Forza Horizon 6 steam version, when i try and create a post it restarts the xbox game bar and says "something went wrong with this widjet".)
Please do something about it, i bought FH6 cause i always used xbox lfg(it's the only service of this nature, and best of its kind in my opinion), but now its missing and its such a shame
