Hi Team,

I am writing to request urgent assistance regarding a technical failure I encountered during my scheduled exam appointment. While attempting to begin the check-in process, I received an error message saying unable to launch the OnVue.

The system test was done multiple times yesterday and today but unfortunately during the exam session I was continuously getting error while launching even after re-clicking the link in my confirmation mail and after restarting the laptop, but the error persisted. As a result, I was unable to sit for my exam at the scheduled time (May 30, 2027)

Could you please provide guidance on how I can reschedule my exam without additional fees? An OnVue Case has been registered and details are given below. Kindly help to reschedule the exam without fees.

Contact Pearson Vue support https://home.pearsonvue.com/microsoft/contact for issues when taking an exam As you have done that and raised a case, you need to wait for them to finish their investigation As you have already raised a case with Microsoft Support, you need to wait for them to respond

To request a free reschedule after a technical failure with OnVUE, use the official support channels and include the Pearson VUE case number that was created.

Because an OnVUE case already exists (Case Number: 41968799), submit a request to Microsoft Certification Support so they can review the Pearson VUE case and assist with rescheduling:

    1. Go to Training, Certification, and Program Support: https://trainingsupport.microsoft.com/en-us/?auth=1
    2. Open a new support request under the certification/exam category.
    3. Provide all exam details (exam name SC-900, date/time, Registration ID, Order Number, Candidate ID) and clearly state that OnVUE failed to launch during check-in.
    4. Include the OnVUE Case Number (41968799) in the request. This is required for Microsoft to validate the technical issue with Pearson VUE and consider a waiver of any waiting period or fees.

If assistance is needed specifically with rescheduling logistics (date/time selection), Pearson VUE Customer Support can also be contacted directly: https://home.pearsonvue.com/microsoft/contact.

For future online exams, ensure the system test is run again on exam day and follow the official launch and check-in steps from the Learn profile → Certifications → exam appointment → “Go to the exam” → “Begin exam”. If technical issues occur during check-in or waiting for the proctor, use Pearson OnVUE Support live chat immediately so they can document and assist in real time.
